I was so angry when this guy won the World Title, hes not even a wrestler or a good actor -.- him wining wining the belt was disgrace to WCW. Part of the reason why WCW fell, was cause of things like this.

So I guess Arquette getting the WCW Title wasn’t a popular decision.
